The Process
1. Design Consultation: We discuss your vision whether floral, western, brands, logos, lettering, or something completely custom.
2. Layout & Approval: Your design is placed intentionally on the brim, crown, or full hat based on your selected coverage option.
3. Hand-Burned Detail: Each line is burned by hand, creating depth, shading, and dimension directly into the felt.
4. Finishing Touches: Optional additions such as custom details complete the look!
